Crémant d’Alsace Brut

This Crémant is coming from a blending of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir produced on the low part of the under-Vosges hills of Mittelbergheim (silty to clayey).

Its fine bubble and its aromas of white flowers make it a Crémant of a perfect balance. Ideal for aperitif, with a snack, or all along a meal.

Crémant d’Alsace Chardonnay (Brut)

This Crémant coming from Chardonnay grapes rests at least 18 months in the cellar before clearing.

This long maturing on the lees brings it an elegant and fine bubble as well as a good foam hold.

Its intense aromas, its power and its freshness in the mouth are typical of Chardonnay grapes.

Crémant d’Alsace Rosé Brut

Elaborated with Pinot Noir grapes and coming from the siliceous terroirs of piedmont of Eichhoffen. It presents an elegant robe. Its delicate bubble, its raspberry aromas, its fleshy and fruity mouth give it all its originality.
