Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles

Coming from the marl-chalky Weingarten terroir.

Old vines of 55 years .

Harvested in several passages in order to select only the very concentrated grape-berries.

The wine of a gold yellow colour develops an intense smell of orange jam and candied fruit notes.In the mouth it is a compromise of concentration and freshness  and it emphasizes the same very tasty aromas.

With Foie Gras or alone for meditation.
