Riesling Vendanges Tardives

Always produced on the terroir of Brandluft.

This syrupy Riesling with citrus notes is of a rare richness and intensity.

The harmonious marriage between important sugarinesss of Late Harvest and the nice natural acidity the Riesling grape make it a wine of remarkable balance.

As aperitif, with foie gras or alone.

An exceptional wine to taste with connoisseurs.

Muscat Vendanges Tardives

This syrupy wine has an intense bouquet and a great purity. Its elegance and fineness make it a wine of great nobility.

Very difficult to produce because the noble rot which concentrates sugars and aromas does not settle easily on the Muscat grape. Here the know-how of the HAEGI's Domaine is essential.

As an aperitif or alone.

Exceptional and very rare.

Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives

Produced on a plot of  the area of Eichhoffen, on siliceous grounds. The Pinot Gris grapes are harvested at overmaturation and concentrated by the botrytis and all this give this wine an exceptional power.

As aperitif, with Foie Gras and Desserts or alone.

Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives

It is mainly produced on the Weingarten terroir.

The morning fogs (November) sheltered from the Nothern winds by the slope oriented fully south, followed by sunny afternoons are extremely favourable to the putting up of noble rot on the Gewurztraminer grapes. This syrupy wine with mangos and passion fruit notes is of  an exceptional intensity. As aperitif, with Foie Gras, Dessert or alone. 

A great classic for special occasions.
